First, it is the ethical debate between the theory of accelerated technological innovation and the protection of human values. Can algorithms define the boundaries of knowledge? To what extent and level can intelligent entities replace human decision-making? While educators are celebrating the help of AI in improving educational efficiency, they must also be wary of the possible alienation of the essence of education by \"technological supremacy.\" The fact is, this concern is not unfounded. It challenges the temperature of emotion that has accompanied the educational process for thousands of years, the necessary scale of the slow experience of the human brain in learning, and the humanistic dimension of mutual encouragement and mutual inspiration during learning. All of these have yet to find solutions from the advocates of technological acceleration. Second, there is the reality of contradiction between the accessibility of technology and the widening digital divide. Some scientists have said that just as nuclear energy can end wars but may also cause human disasters, if the \"instrumental rationality\" of AI lacks the constraint of \"value rationality,\" it may become a new engine that exacerbates educational inequality in the field of education. Unfortunately, there are now many efforts to balance things within specific countries, but there is still a lack of effective constraints globally. Today, the global education community is indeed facing three dilemmas: technology developers focus too much on data consumption and data security while neglecting the protection of human values; the commercialization process of AI is accelerating without a binding ethical consensus; many developing countries are still in a disadvantaged position in the allocation of resources to assist technological progress. These all require us to quickly establish new collaborative models. Fortunately, ASEAN has taken action, and Thailand is taking action.
